Senior Wireless RF / System Engineer

to join their team. As a key member of the wireless engineering team, you will play a critical role in the design, integration, and validation of cutting-edge wireless technologies across next-generation connected hardware products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to push the boundaries of wireless performance and reliability. Requirements : BSEE / MSEE or equivalent hands-on experience Strong knowledge of WiFi (802.11a / b / g / n / ac / ax), including knowledge of the PHY layer Experience with Bluetooth, Zigbee, Thread, Z-Wave, or Sub-GHz radios Skilled in troubleshooting RF issues (coexistence, throughput, power) Proficient with RF tools : spectrum analyzer, VNA, signal generator, etc. Comfortable with lab work and SMT rework Familiar with Python or LabVIEW (plus) 3+ years in RF / wireless system development Strong communication and self-starting mindset Competitive salary + 20% annual bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance + 5 plan options 401(k) match Tuition assistance Generous PTO & holidays If you are interested please respond with your most updated resume!
