Crumbl is hiring immediately for a General Store Manager to join their store team!
The Bakery Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and follow store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and fosters a positive working environment, while being able to strictly follow corporate brand standards and operating procedures.
Manager Responsibilities :
- Maintain a clean and professional environment
- Train, coach and lead bakers, drivers and shift leads
- Delegate tasks to learn and hold accountable
- Provide friendly and fast service for customers
- Schedule and manage staff efficiently to control labor costs
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are properly followed
- Ensure proper ordering is done efficiently and on time
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
