What it's like to be a Customer Service Representative at Arcadian Bank As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at Arcadian Bank, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the banking experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions for checking, savings, loans, CDs, and IRA accounts while actively recommending additional banking services to meet customer needs. Your expertise will be essential in answering incoming calls, assisting customers with internet banking inquiries, resolving statement discrepancies, supplying customers with relevant information, and efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience. Additionally, you will assist in processing daily work from other branches, manage ACH and wire transfers, and address other transaction processing and balancing requirements.
