Candidates for the VP of Global Payroll position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred, and a professional certification in payroll management. A minimum of 10 years' global payroll experience, particularly within the financial services industry, is required, with a proven track record in managing payroll across multiple regions. The role demands expertise in global payroll platforms, compliance, and international labor laws, as well as strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
