As a member of our Float Pool, you’ll enjoy a dynamic night shift role, gaining experience across various units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support. With every shift, you will develop your clinical skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, utilizing your skills to ensure the safest environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. You will engage with patients and families, adapt care plans as needed, and collaborate with your care team to deliver optimal healthcare outcomes.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license from the state of practiceBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart AssociationRequired Education :
Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.
Experience :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
