Job Title : Physical Therapist

Job Type : Full-time / Part-time

Location : Piscataway, NJ

Note : Full time Salary range : Open to discuss & Part-time : $55 / hr - $65 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.

Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and wellness strategies.

Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date patient records.

Engage in continuing education and professional development.

Contribute to a positive, team-focused, and patient-centered clinic environment.

Required Qualifications :

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.

Clinical experience, preferably in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine.

Strong foundation in evidence-based physical therapy techniques.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

High professional standards and dedication to patient care.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer use.

Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced certification (e.g., OCS, SCS).

Experience with specialized techniques (e.g., dry needling, manual therapy, aquatic therapy).

Positive attitude with a passion for patient outcomes and rehabilitation success.

Proven ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
