Quality Control Manager Commercial / Industrial Construction (Nebraska)

Location : Lincoln or Omaha, NE Role : The Quality Control Manager will oversee QA / QC processes for commercial and industrial construction projects including wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and large industrial structures. This role ensures all work meets contractual specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans.
• Conduct inspections, testing coordination, and documentation for compliance with drawings / specifications.
• Interface with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams on all quality matters.
• Maintain quality records, inspection logs, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Support pre-pour, pre-installation, and pre-testing meetings; verify all quality submittals.
• Qualifications :
• 510 years of experience in QA / QC for commercial / industrial or heavy construction projects.
• Experience with wastewater or industrial process facilities strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of codes, standards, and testing procedures.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
