COORDINATOR

Register Tapes Unlimited L.P. (RTUI) is a national leader in the creation and distribution of register tape and grocery cart advertisement. Currently we distribute our products to over 10,000 grocery stores throughout the United States and Canada. We are looking for dedicated Account Coordinators to join our team focused on ensuring that sales contracts are smoothly and efficiently processed from the time the deal is sold until it leaves production by providing outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities

As an Account Coordinator you will act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams ensuring that client projects are created according to client specifications.

Additional responsibilities of the Account Coordinator include :

Communicating via phone and email with customers and sales consultants, addressing and issues or customer concerns

Entering large volumes of sales contracts and customer communications into CRM system

Acquiring necessary photos and information from customer and sales team to prepare the advertising copy for customers ad

Working closely with Graphic Artist to send proofs to customers, correcting ads, and approving final drafts
