- Job Summary :
- To provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with various mental health conditions, using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
- To develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
About the Position
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status, identifying areas of strength and weakness.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based interventions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications
Patient-Centered Skills :
A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.A minimum of 5 years professional social work / clinical experience post-Master's degree.Benefits
