About the Clinician's Workday

Requirements include an active Florida RN and CRNA license, NBCRNA certification, and the ability to perform procedures such as Ortho, Neuro, ENT, Cath Lab, Hearts, Podiatry, Endoscopy, IR, Vascular, Robotic, Dental (Collier), and Peds (Collier). Credentialing typically takes 60-90 days; temporary privileges are available based on clinician availability. Shift needs include 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts at one facility and 10- or 12-hour shifts at the other facility. The scheduling model is Monday through Friday, with Pine Ridge offering potential for occasional weekend call shifts if needed.
