We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Maintenance Team in our Shippensburg location. This position will travel to multiple sites, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Rate starting at $20 per hour depending on experience and position;

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm

Role and Responsibilities :

HVAC experience and certified

Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.

Working cell phone.

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.

High School Diploma / GED.
