Job Title : Electrical Superintendent

Location : Sherman, TX

Pay : $110,000 – $130,000 per year

License Required : Texas Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee a commercial construction project in Sherman, TX . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical work, proven leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of project schedules, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan installation and construction activities
• Enforce job site safety policies and procedures
• Manage daily field reports, material tracking, and crew schedules
• Inspect installations to ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and company standards
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians
