Job Summary
The(REMOTE)Senior Marketing CRM Specialist is responsible for creating email strategies and campaigns to support Mattress Firm's marketing and promotional strategy and objectives. This role owns the ongoing development and optimization of existing email campaigns as well as partners cross-functionally to identify and launch new email initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities
Develop and optimize promotional email campaigns to drive customer engagement both in-store and online.
Apply email best practices in customer segmentation, audience building, personalized offers and measurements to continuously drive email channel performance.
Create business cases for new email engagement opportunities and get buy-in from key internal stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with Creative and other internal stakeholders as well as external Email Service Provider or third-party vendor on email changes, scheduling, and asset delivery.
Develop test and learn plan to enable rapid experimentation to increase effectiveness of email programs and campaigns.
Evaluate KPI's for measuring success against organizational goals and work closely with the data / analytics team to continue improvements in measurements and customer segmentation.
Manage external vendor and partners to ensure quality deliverables and project timelines.
Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.

Education
Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business, or related field required
Professional Experience
3+ Years Email Marketing experience required
1+ Years Experience in Retail preferred
1+ Years Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience preferred
