Court Liaison

SUMMARY :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Court Liaison to facilitate communication between the court systems, clients, and our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to ensuring that all court-related processes run smoothly and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the court and external parties, including attorneys, clients, and social services.
• Enter new cases into case management software.
• Attend court sessions to register new clients.
• Attend court sessions as needed to provide assistance and gather information.
• Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide the court with all necessary case documentation.
• Assist in other company roles as needed.
