Automation Controls Engineer Requirements & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering field (preferred)Minimum 4 years of experience in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley and Siemens)Proven background in factory automation, servo systems, and robotic integrationExperience configuring and tuning VFDs, servos, and motion control componentsAbility to write, modify, and optimize PLC, HMI, and robotic code for new and existing systemsExperience implementing and troubleshooting machine vision applicationsMust pass a background check and drug screenU.S. citizenship requiredAutomation Controls Engineer Preferred Background & Skills :
Experience with robotic systems such as Fanuc, ABB, or KUKAFamiliarity with PC-based control systems and industrial communication networks (Ethernet / IP, Profinet)Exposure to data acquisition, SCADA, or MES systemsStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsExperience supporting machine installations, testing, and validations in manufacturing environments
