CNA Requirements :

• CNAs work at the direction of the Director of Nursing according to scheduled duties.
• CNAs meet resident's needs by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulating, and feeding.
• Participate in planned in-services and on-going educational training.
• Clean specific common areas as needed.
• Observe residents for any changes in condition and report to the Director of Nursing or the nurse on duty for an emergency.
• Answer call lights / pendant alarms promptly.
• Keep residents' rooms clean and safe.
• CNAs assist or provide tray service to room.

CNAs assist or provide supervision for residents performing the following activities of daily living (ADL's)
