Job descriptionConsult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about Develop an individualized treatment plan Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients pain and provide stimulation to promote healing Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process Communication skills for communicating diagnoses, test results and available treatments in terms that clients and their families can understand Compassion when working with individuals frustrated by the difficulties they are experiencing Critical thinking skills for adjusting treatment plans as required and identifying alternative ways to help Attention to detail for maintaining notes on treatment and progress Listening skills for listening to concerns and symptoms of clients so they can decide the most appropriate course of treatment Valid Physical Therapy TN license Recent Physical Therapy experience in a rehab setting BLS Certification Weekly pay | Direct Deposit Flexible Spending Account (FSP) 401K Retirement Plan Voluntary Supplemental Benefits Guaranteed Hours Per Facility Standard Holiday Pay Mileage Reimbursement | Commuter Benefits License and Certification Reimbursement Continuing Education Reimbursement Reimbursement for Work Uniforms or Scrubs Stipends for Housing, Meals and Incidentals Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits for you and your family

Position Overview :
- The location is in Greeneville, TN
- The working schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
- The duration is 13 weeks as a contractor
- The anticipated start for this role is two weeks after an accepted offer
- Holiday requirements are as needed
- No weekend rotation, on-call or floating
- The pay : $52.75 Hourly ($1,280.00 Taxable, $830.00 Stipend) = $2,110.00 Weekly = $8,440.00 Monthly Gross
