Equipment : adult patients, outpatient environment...private company not associated with a hospital. Sports injuries, pre-post surgery, hand / wrist, mobility, orthopedic

Bill GWW : yes

OT Bill : 1.5 x

On Call : no

Billing Cycle : weekly

Notice : 30 days

Parking : free on site

Dress Code : scrubs any color
