As an Armed Patrol Officer serving a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your presence and professionalism will contribute to a secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter inappropriate activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.

Maintain awareness of surroundings within a financial institution environment and report any unusual or suspicious activity promptly.

Interact with employees, visitors, and / or customers in a courteous and professional manner while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Maintain accurate and detailed logs of activities, incidents, and / or observations during the shift.

Carry and maintain control of an assigned firearm in accordance with Allied Universal policies, following all applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
