A prominent full-service law firm is seeking a seasoned Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Partner to join its expanding Tax Practice Group . This role offers the flexibility to work from any of the firm’s major Florida offices and the opportunity to collaborate with a statewide team of experienced tax and benefits attorneys.
Key Qualifications :
Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing executive compensation and employee benefits law in a law firm environment
In-depth knowledge of :
Defined benefit and defined contribution plans
401(k) and profit-sharing plans
ERISA compliance and related regulatory matters
Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strategic and solution-focused approach
Admission to the Florida Bar or actively pursuing admission
A portable book of business is highly preferred
