Job description3rd shift differential : $2.00 / hour Weekend differential : $4.00 / hour for all shifts Pay in lieu of benefits : $2.00 / hour Daily Pay : Access your earned wages before payday! Life insurance Vision insurance Administering and documenting medications and treatments accurately Maintaining secure drug storage and medication rooms Assessing and reporting changes in resident conditions Performing procedures such as catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments Supervising the nursing team and ensuring a positive, supportive environment Graduate of an accredited RN program or college Current RN license in the state of North Carolina CPR certification or willingness to obtain it Preferred : 2 years of RN experience Physical exertion including pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds) Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching Assisting in safe repositioning and transferring of residents
