Our client, a fast growing licensed commercial general contractor serving large corporations, public agencies, and developers across the Western U.S., specializes in tenant improvements, parking lot upgrades, and site work with a strong emphasis on compliance, professionalism, and reliability, particularly on complex, multi-site programs and public works projects.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to support their growing portfolio of work, which includes public works contracts, tenant improvements, low-voltage installations, and flatwork across California and neighboring states.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in overseeing construction projects, managing on-site operations, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Experiencing significant growth, our client is seeking a qualified Superintendent to lead field operations for public works, tenant improvements, low-voltage installations, and parking lot and flatwork projects.

The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple job sites, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining detailed daily field reports.  Job Title :
