Leasing Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to support our client in Ocean County. This role is a contract position with the potential of going full-time.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current tenants regarding leasing inquiries.
• Coordinate property tours, manage appointment scheduling, and follow up on leads.
• Process leasing applications and complete relevant documentation.
• Conduct background and credit checks on applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure accuracy of all paperwork.
• Maintain and update property availability lists and marketing materials.
• Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Respond promptly to tenant questions and concerns throughout the leasing process.
• Track lease expirations, renewals, and maintain tenant files.
• Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
