Registered Nurse, Inpatient Neurology / Neuroscience - 36hrs

This Neuroscience floor is a 31-bed Medical / Surgical Unit with patients ranging in age from newborn up. Patients are from the following primary services : Epilepsy, Neurology, Neurosurgery and Neuro Oncology. Patients originate from the PACU, MICU, NICU, direct admits and through the Emergency Room. Our Neuroscience teams work within the concept of family-centered care, with diagnoses that range from simple to complex. It is an exciting place to learn and grow professionally as we strive to provide exceptional care through evidence-based practices and innovations throughout all our programs.

This Registered Nurse will be responsible for :

• Caring for patients with diagnoses that can include seizures, demyelinating disorders, encephalitis, hydrocephalus, brain and spinal tumors.
• Delivering family-centered care, with diagnoses that range from simple to complex.
• Working in a collaborative environment with opportunities for learning and career growth.
• Working 36hours per week, day / night rotation, every other weekend
