Impact You'll Make :
As a Vice President in Stout's CFO Advisory within the Accounting & Reporting Advisory group, you will drive the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects that guide clients through transactions, transitions, and enterprise-wide transformation. You will take accountability for leading and executing a broad portfolio of initiatives, including transaction readiness, FP&A optimization, operating model design, and M&A integration.
This role is both strategic and hands‑on, overseeing critical workstreams such as performance visibility, liquidity management, interim leadership support, and end-to‑end process enhancement. Vice Presidents set the standard for quality delivery, mentor and develop project teams, and serve as trusted advisors to clients as they build scalable, data‑driven, and high‑performing finance organizations.
What You'll Do :
Partner with clients ranging from early‑stage to large publicly traded organizations in an industry‑agnostic environment.
Support day‑to‑day execution of Accounting & Reporting Advisory assignments, with primary responsibility for research and preparation of client deliverables.
Review complex contracts and conduct related technical accounting research.
Prepare accounting memoranda and policies.
Determine appropriate journal entries to enter into systems of record.
Interact with finance‑focused ERPs, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, and Oracle.
What You Bring :
Bachelor or Master of Accounting or Finance.
Big 4 or comparable experience required.
8 years of experience in audit and / or advisory experience.
Experience with post‑merger integration is a plus.
CPA preferred.

The range for this role considers several factors including but not limited to prior work and industry experience, education level, and unique skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
