We're looking for a Manager, US Ecommerce Analytics who will play a pivotal role in identifying and accelerating US Ecommerce growth opportunities through thoughtful analysis, experimentation, and strategic insights. This role sits at the intersection of data and Ecommerce strategy and supports FIGS’s largest market and channel. You’ll work cross‑functionally with stakeholders across Digital Product, Site Merchandising, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Finance, CX, and Operations to uncover insights, guide strategic decisions, and help FIGS better serve our customers. Our ideal candidate is detail‑oriented & technically capable, with strong communication skills to present data‑driven recommendations & advanced insights across all levels of the company.
What you’ll do :
- Analyze the US customer’s journey across ecommerce platforms to help drive customer acquisition, retention, conversion, & LTV
- Use data to contribute and partner on key strategic, cross‑functional workstreams
- Workstreams such as loyalty, segmentation, and personalization to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and LTV
- Design and analyze A / B tests to validate hypotheses & optimize site and marketing performance
- Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver data‑driven insights that inform strategic planning and shape the future of the wearfigs.com ecosystem
- Create dynamic reports & dashboards and complete ad‑hoc analyses to help business partners make faster decisions and uncover data‑informed insights
- Work closely with the broader Analytics, Data Engineering and Ecommerce team to create well‑rounded analyses leveraging various skill sets, tools, and viewpoints
- Translate complex data sources into visualizations and presentations that tell the story and result in clear, actionable takeaways
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree and / or equivalent work experience6+ years of experience in a data analytics or strategy role, with 3+ years focused on site and / or digital product analyticsStrong knowledge of A / B testing methodologies and designs4+ years experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Omni, Tableau, etc.)4+ years experience programming with SQL and relational databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) with intermediate to advanced knowledge3+ years experience with site analytics tools (Heap, Amplitude, Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.)Proven ability to transform complex data into clear narratives for diverse stakeholders, from operational teams to C‑level leadersStrong proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets (sumifs, index, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)Desire to continually keep up with advancements in data and AI innovation and best practicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsBonus Points For :

Pay Range
At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role’s base salary range is between $135,000 and $150,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.Additional Compensation and Benefits
