About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join the Strategic Technology Delivery team within a leading Global Media and Entertainment organization. This team provides program management leadership across large-scale initiatives within the Operations & Technology division.

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing high-impact technology programs, developing and implementing program management processes, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. This individual will serve as a key liaison among cross-functional teams, managing relationships and driving delivery excellence across complex, enterprise-level initiatives that enable the company's ongoing evolution in a dynamic Media and Entertainment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets for multiple large-scale programs.
• Lead program intake, prioritization, and requirements gathering in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Facilitate kick-off meetings, document requirements and dependencies, and ensure consistent stakeholder communication.
• Execute multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring delivery against objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Identify, track, and mitigate cross-functional dependencies, risks, and scope changes to optimize delivery.
• Deliver program-level reporting and presentations for executive sponsors and leadership teams.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across internal departments, vendors, and external partners to drive alignment and accountability.
• Contribute to the enhancement of program management standards, tools, and process frameworks across the organization.

The base range for this contract position is $60- $65 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
