Job Description

• Support client onboarding and counterparty applications
• Validate client documentation
• Collection of KYC / AML documentation
• Prepare investment subscription documents
• Liaise with outside parties including fund administrators
• Proactively contribute to improvements in control and operational efficiencies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Associate should have :

• A strong academic background in a related field.
• Financial Services internship experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A keen interest in the financial services industry.
