Director of Information Technology (Bergen County)

Our client is a leading print, packaging, and mission-critical communications and seeking a hands-on Director of Technology to lead software development, systems support, and technology strategy across a fast-paced print & mail production environment.

This role oversees programming, workflow optimization, automation, and AI adoption to drive operational efficiency, reliability, and innovation. The ideal candidate is a strong technical communicator who can translate complex concepts for stakeholders and collaborate across Operations, Sales, and Client Services to ensure seamless production and delivery.

Candidates should bring 10+ years in IT / software development, leadership experience, strong systems architecture knowledge, and familiarity with workflow automation, cloud platforms, and digital print environments. Experience with Quadient or high-volume transactional production is a plus.
