Manager prefers at least 2 years of L&D experience for independent night-shift coverage

Will consider candidates with 1–1.5 years if they’ve worked in a high-risk, high-census L&D unit

Floating :

Floating required based on unit needs

Travelers may float to multiple locations based on skill set

Additional incentive applies when floated to specific sites (+$5 / hr plus mileage reimbursement)

Hotel offered if floated for consecutive shifts

Advance notice will be given whenever possible

On-Call :

Yes — 1 low-census shift per pay period

Weekends :

Required every other or every third weekend

Block Scheduling :
