The day-to-day responsibilities include :

• Manage security officers and department operations, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating officers, enforcing policies, and administering discipline and coaching.
• Promote a safe and secure environment by overseeing guest and employee safety and ensuring compliance with state, local jurisdiction, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
• Act as a liaison with outside agencies during security incidents to ensure effective communication and response.
• Assist management with onsite investigations, coordinating and supervising as necessary to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly, either personally or by liaising with the appropriate departments or management for resolution.
• Respond to emergencies and reported threats, documenting incidents and ensuring proper escalation for further reporting and resolution.
