Director of Nursing - Childrens Services Needed for a Fulltime position in Assonet, MA. Monday-Friday Day Shift.

Required Skills :

• Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Masters preferred)
• Proven leadership experience in pediatric or educational health settings
• Strong knowledge of pediatric medical conditions such as diabetes, seizures, and complex medical needs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and policies
