Essential Duties
- Assist the kitchen help with the packaging of home bound meals
- Deliver home bound meals to designated clients in a timely manner
- Maintain paperwork and documentation of meals delivered.
- Return all coolers and containers to appropriate location
- Report any changes noticed in the home bound client(s) well-being to the immediate supervisor
- Complete welfare checks on clients as needed per the contract
- Attend any trainings as directed
- Individual assignments and responsibilities as directed by the Aging Coordinator, Aging Assistant Director and / or Aging Director
