We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our acute care team. In this role, you will provide specialized therapy to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or illnesses in a hospital setting, helping them regain mobility and independence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and mobility training to aid recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on techniques for improving mobility and preventing future complications.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
