Since 1996, we have been guiding clients through the design, permitting, and construction processes with a focus on quality, feasibility, and environmentally conscious design principles.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineering Professional at Land Design & Development in Louisville, KY. The role involves tasks such as commercial, residential, retail and industrial civil engineering design - including stand-alone sites, single and multi-family residential subdivisions, water resource management, roadway and parking lot design, and project management.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Design
• Water Resource Management expertise
• Project Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
• BS or MS Civil Engineering and Kentucky P.E. License (or the ability to acquire)
