Job description

e are seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of medium to high complexity projects across our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals. You will implement standardized project management processes, maintain consistent communication across departments, and adapt to changing priorities while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across multiple functional areas.
  • Develop project schedules, resource plans, and manage day-to-day execution activities.
  • Track milestones, monitor risks, resolve issues, and manage changes to scope, timeline, and resources.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables and IT infrastructure components meet project and organizational standards.
  • Facilitate regular communication among stakeholders, including senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Use standard project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality reviews and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate leadership.
  • Support program and portfolio-level planning by working closely with Program Managers and Business Units to align projects with organizational goals.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a project management role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects, including IT infrastructure and vendor-led initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management best practices.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
