Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Active state license or eligibility for state licensure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a focus on orthopedics and traumatic hands.
Sign on Bonus - $5,000.
Responsibilities :
- Administer occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and patients' families regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in electronic medical records.
