GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Quincy, California.

Exciting Travel Opportunity for a RN SNF in Quincy, CA

Duration : 13 weeks

Start : ASAP

Shift : 3x12 Nights - Monday-Wednesday

Requirements :

2 years of RN SNF experience

RN California State license

AHA BLS

Key responsibilities :

Conduct assessments of residents’ physical and mental status.

Develop and update care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Monitor vital signs and clinical changes and report significant findings to providers.

Supervise CNAs / LVNs , ensuring quality care and proper documentation.

Provide wound care , infection prevention, and other skilled nursing procedures.

Document care promptly and accurately in accordance with regulatory standards.

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (therapy, social services, dietitians).

Educate residents and families on care, conditions, and safety.

Ensure compliance with facility policies , state regulations, and patient safety protocols.

Travel Pay Package :

Hourly : $40 | OT1 : $60, OT2 : $80

Stipend : $1,246

Weekly gross : $2,926 based on 36 hours
