Seeking Professional Grade Managers and Shift Leaders who desire to earn advancement within a nationally branded fast casual restaurant. Located in Slidell, LA, perks / benefits available include health insurance, vision and dental coverage, and a uniform provided.

Candidate requirements include :

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a shift leader / manager in either the restaurant or other industry where skills are transferable.
• Full 24 / 7 - 365 availability (including holidays) and able to work a minimum of 30 and 40 hours a week (up to 5 days a week). Must be available to work night shift.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in basic shift management including superior guest service, operational standards for excellence, execution of cleanliness programs, balanced labor management, and no compromise cash and product controls.
• Able to learn and assist in management related functions including team member selection, training, scheduling, coaching, performance reviews.
