RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS
Associates Degree5+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing industryStrong knowledge of OSHA regulationsIntroduce new procedures and systems to elevate sanitation performanceStay certified and knowledgeable in GMPs, HACCP, DOT HAZMAT transportation, 5S, and other relevant standardsOversee sanitation programs and vendor services for pest control and housekeepingEnsure hygienic standards are maintained throughout all facilitiesMonitor employee practices related to cleanliness and sanitation inside and outside the facilityWrite accident and problem reportsCommunicates Safety, Quality, and Food Safety policies to all employees. Ensures such policies are applied by all employees.Manage the Clean-In-Place (CIP), Clean-Out-of-Place (COP), and Allergen Cross-Contact sanitation systemsEvaluate and forecast staffing demands and schedulingComplete and report all sanitation paperwork, budgeting, and inventoryCoordinate and verify cleaning responsibilities and ensure that any defaulting processes are stopped and reviewedPerform inspections and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulation authorities and company protocolsComplete comprehensive evaluation of sanitation processes and practices and provide feedback for improvements or modificationsPrevious experience in cleaning, sanitation, and reassemble of equipmentJasleen Kaur
