Position Overview

The Site Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing safety and compliance on construction sites. This role involves developing safety plans, conducting training, and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site safety protocols and procedures in compliance with NEC and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.
• Provide training and support for site personnel on safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to incorporate safety considerations into project planning and execution.
• Investigate and document safety incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken and reported appropriately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in site safety management.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions to enhance safety training capacity on site.
