Position

The Vice President of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to the Owner and CEO, providing hands‑on leadership across all financial functions of the business. This executive will play a critical role in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long‑term value creation—while ensuring the company’s fiscal health and compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements. This is a key position for a finance leader who can combine strategic insight with operational execution in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Leadership

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business growth and operational goals.
• Provide clear, data‑driven insights into company performance, profitability, and trends.
• Develop relationships with banking and financial partners to ensure optimal financing and liquidity.
