CMM Programmer - Quality Inspection

Location : Selma, IN

Pay : $23+ per hour

Schedule : 1st Shift, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Staffmark is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer for a direct hire role. This role is responsible for programming CMMs, performing in-process inspections, and supporting product quality initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced with precision inspection tools, GD&T , and blueprint interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMM machines for product inspectio n.
• Perform quality inspections and document results according to customer and company standards.
• Apply quality system requirements (ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar) in daily tasks.
• Report non-conformances, machine issues, and other concerns to the Shop Manager.
• Provide technical support to team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
