Responsibilities :

As a Consulting Accounting Specialist, you will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities. These include :

1. Providing expert advice on financial management and accounting best practices to help our clients achieve their financial objectives.

2. Performing complex reconciliations of financial statements, bank accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

3. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial data, and advising clients on corrective actions.

4. Assisting clients in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.

5. Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to guide strategic decision-making.

6. Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.

7. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in accounting and finance, and leveraging this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to our clients.

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications :

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification will be a plus.

2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, with a strong focus on reconciliations.

3. Proven expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

4. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

5. Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

6. Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

7. Proficiency in accounting software and other relevant tools.

8. A strong commitment to ethical practices and professional standards.
