We are currently searching for an experienced MEP (BIM) Coordinator for our mission critical team. This position can be based anywhere in the US with access to a major airport and will work both remotely and travel to job sites.
The MEP Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. We’re looking for someone with strong expertise in either mechanical or electrical systems and proven experience in subcontracting, engineering, or general contracting environments. Experience with data center construction is preferred.
You’ll collaborate with project managers, design teams, and trade partners to ensure all systems are fully coordinated, industry-compliant, and aligned with budgets and schedules. Success in this role requires deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk tools.
Work Arrangement Overview :
Pre-Construction Phase : Fully remote
Construction Phase : Onsite required 3-4 days every 2-3 weeks. All travel expenses will be reimbursed.

The midpoint salary for this position is $130,000.00.
