Position : Experienced Canvass Manager - Home Improvement Pro

Interview, hire, train and manage canvassers to schedule Free Window or Roofing presentations with homeowners.

Responsibilities :

Interview, hire, train and manage canvassers

Schedule appointments for FREE window and roofing presentations.

Requirements :

Interview and hire candidates

Train canvassers on sripting, objections and scheduling of appointments

Motivate and manage canvassers in the field to hit goals on a day to day basis

Qualifed candidates must have experience interviewing, hiring and training canvassers

Position Offer :

Salary, commission and overrides
