Kingdom Pathways is a Native Hawaiian nonprofit dedicated to environmental sustainability, cultural preservation, and community engagement. We are seeking a part-time accountant to support our financial operations, grant reporting, and compliance efforts.

Manage financial records and general ledger entries

Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

Assist with grant tracking and compliance reporting

Process payroll and ensure tax withholdings are accurate

Reconcile bank accounts and manage accounts payable / receivable

Support audit preparation and nonprofit financial compliance

Minimum 3 years of experience in nonprofit accounting or financial management

Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Understanding of GAAP and nonprofit financial reporting

Knowledge of grant management and compliance reporting

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
