Location :  Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days on-site per week)

Openings :  2

Employment Type :  18-Month Contract

Pay Rate :  $53.56 / hour

Interview Process :  One-and-done, in-person interview at the Charlotte office

Position Overview :

A leading financial institution is seeking two experienced  Product Owners  to join their  CashPro  team in Charlotte, NC. This team is responsible for building and enhancing internal digital banking platforms. The ideal candidates will bring a strong background in banking products, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic vision, technical fluency, and the ability to drive product development from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and UX / UI teams to gather and refine requirements
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and prioritize the product backlog
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and User Story Refinement
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, documentation, and progress tracking
• Create wireframes and mockups to visualize product features and user flows
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards
• Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement
