What You’ll Do

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, function, and independence

Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and prevention

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for coordinated care

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to long-term patient relationships and quality care

Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or long-term care preferred
