  • Job Summary of Dental Front Office Coordinator

    We are seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team! As a Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible to work collaboratively with Patients to determine their dental needs, develop the best course of action, and oversee their treatment plans, ensuring each Patient gets high-quality, individualized care. The ideal Candidate is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about how to manage dental schedule, verify dental insurance, contact other Dental professionals in coordination of care for mutual Patients, and the ability to work well with others.

    Responsibilities of Dental Front Office Coordinator

  • Overseeing the daily operation of the Front office, ensuring smooth workflows, excellent Patient care, and efficient administrative processes.
  • Assisting in the managing of Staff
  • Handling Patient scheduling, billing, insurance claims, accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate financial management
  • Providing Patients with information on CareCredit financing option
  • Maintaining accuracy and compliance with private regulations of NC Dental Board
  • Addressing Patient inquiries and concerns
  • Process insurance claims, manage Patient payments, and handling billing inquiries
  • As a point of contact for Patients, Dentists, and Staff, facilitating clear communication and resolving issues
  • May assist in training new Staff, temporary Staff and providing ongoing support to existing team members.
  • Address and resolve operational conflicts and Patient complaints.
  • Qualifications of Front Desk Coordinator

  • Previous experience as Dental Front Office Operations Manager or Dental Treatment Care Coordinator
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and to prioritize appropriately
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to make sound decisions quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high level or professionalism and compassion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
